That’s a bit strange. Either they actually do move slower if you upgrade and the text is wrong or ot’s supposed to say + instead of -, either way, I don’t think it is supposed to be like that.

I believe no, the velocity is good.

If you can see the Damage, it also indicates (+0.5)

Well yes, I guess it makes sense that it does a bit more damage.

However, it also seems to indicate that it becomes faster by also being 20% slower, which is self-contradictory.
