Although I'm not necessarily a fan of Labymod's design, in 1.12.2, I'd most certainly prefer Laby over Badlion Client. Simple features like damage-indicators or 1.7 animations shouldn't be missing on a PvP-client of that scale. I have used badlion client quite a bunch of times and in no way does it outshine Labymod in FPS either, not even with it's "FPS booster".

There are 1.7 animations in the Badlion Client (in 1.8) ;)
