Pumpkin and Generators system Broke

After a while my coal generator is broke and i cant open the menu then. If i break it, it wont drop the block.
And my pumpkin seeds arent growing I always place a new one but it wont help.

Please someone help me

For the coal generator: Get a stone pickaxe and destroy the coal block. After that the block will turn into terracotta. Now Right click and select destroy.

Haven't experienced it with the coal generators yet, but yeah pumpkins are broken.

He knows how it works, he said that if he broke the coal (so when it turns into terracotta) the coal doesn’t drop and he can’t open the menu to remove them.

zoniels i have exactly the same problem someone plz help
