Java Ability to /ignore

Dear CubeCrafters,
I recently had some trouble with toxic players who continued spamming the chat. I was very annoyed and couldn’t do anything. of course I could turn off my chat, but I wouldn’t see any party invites, fmsg’s, etc.

If there was an ability to /ignore (player), this problem would be solved.
Please have a good look at my suggestion,

+1, i have the same problem. I agree with not turning off the chat because you would miss invites etc. Hope there will be a sollution.

The /ignore command is already a thing. Simply write /ignore add (player).

I'm very sure it works, got some people in that list. It's exactly like TheJeroen said: /ignore add or /ignore in general. Even though I could be repeating now, yes it's already a thing on the server.

We already have this feature on our server. Like mentioned above, you just need to do /ignore add (name). I hope this will help you.
