Java Idea for a better builder

1st of all, im a bad builder and i cant develop my idea but im gonna write here my idea and see if somebody likes.
Actualy in solo skywars there are a map called clock with one island per hour.
Basicly i have the same idea but changing the hours for the 12 horoscope symbols.
And add a crystal ball and tarot cards and change the general decoration
If some good builder like this idea are free to develop it

If it would happen, then the map wouldnt be named clock, would it? Maybe Horoscope would fit perfectly

I really like this idea, I'm not a great builder myself (at least not great enough to build horoscopes haha)

I dont know how to made the islands in his own positions.
I dont know how to use world edit, i only used for made mountains with sand and /mask

Also, the title look clickbait.
Look like im asking for better builders or something similar

I will try to do it myself, any trick for place correctly the islands in his positions?
