If the first appeal gets denied, you can still start a conversation -which is, in this case, also denied-. These conversations are only visible to Loony and are solely meant for people with incorrect bans that sent in an incomplete appeal (lack of details, made no sense, ...) before. If it's an I'm sorry appeal, it's instantly denied.
Finally, for those who regret their actions, we've appointed one personto decide over possible unbans, to make it fair for everyone. Animal was chosen to do this, thus players with genuine remorse can get a final chance to be unbanned by messaging her.
tl;dr: LoonyRules handles alleged false positives, the community staff members deal with I'm sorry appeals.
The best option is to contract an admin through a conversation ;)

No, fnaf_fanboy_xx is their new username. Nohaxjustbecalf is the username they had at the time they received the ban.
Fnaf_FanBoy_Xx's previous punishment expired, but his latest ban is still active. Since there is no way to appeal to LoonyRules, the anti-cheat developer, anymore, you should start a private conversation with AnimalTamer1, to whom you can send in a final appeal.

Please follow my first reply. The thread is full of false information, which isn't surprising as these are complex situations.
The first two things I already knew. But, Animal told me that it was better to contact Loony when we were speaking about a player that was in the exact same situation as this player. He was firstly banned by Camezonda for cheating (Like the situation here, firstly banned by a staff member), then he got banned by Sentinel and he came back 1 year later to search for an unban with both his appeal and conversation denied. Heya, after a good while years having not appreciated sleep a lot, have I learned things. I have most of the times seen it as a hindrance to things such as relations and projects.
