Video YouTube question (plz answer)

How come 90% of cubecraft skywars videos I’ve seen have a default YouTube thumbnail?

Does no one know how to make thumbnails?
Or is there some strategy I’m unaware of?

well I guess because people don't care about thumbnails, I would personally use Photoshop.

There’s a bunch of cube videos with a crappy thumbnail/title but have thousands of views

I rather have default thumbnails, rather than having to switch and change created thumbnails in order to match the 2mb size or correct width and height :p

Its not like I don't put any effort into making things. I do, its only annoying when youtube wants you to make thumbnails up to a size of 2mb.
