My idea is super simple, gain 10 XP per kill in any game mode, besides minerware, this would allow players to level up a bit faster and give kills a purpose as java gives you points per kill, the new equivalent can be XP.
Benefits:
-Players have slightly easy time leveling up
-Players have more reason to kill people in games that require it
-In a sense balance what you get in Java VS Bedrock
Cons:
-There really are none!
