This bug exists for a long time, like months, and it can be so year I even think it is normal

Why would it be normal? There's absolutely no reason for it to be a normal feature. Probably the main reason why it hasn't got fixed yet is that because it isn't really a major bug and there are other bugs that have priority.

Yes. And I think it'll be fixed very soon since they've reported the bug and a developer will take a look at it asap

@LlTE also keep in mind that Tower Defense hasn't been updated in years due to the original creator leaving the dev team, and other internal issues from 2017-2018 or something.
