Java Why do you need to vote?

I was wondering that why are there rotating games. Why did it change? Can't you just make all the games permanent. Or is it a budget thing?

I still don't think there are enough players online to bring back all or even most of the games (unfortunately).

Maybe bringing back Blockwars as a permanent gamemode could work out as it is the most popular temporary gamemode so it would probably attract enough players.

The games wouldn't fill if they were permanent. They removed them for a reason and I think that most of the games wouldn’t fill, meaning a waste of resources.

People took it for granted that the games were permanent and stopped playing regularly which meant a lot of games were struggling for players. Therefore, they removed them and added a Featured Game rotation.

The big change update removed a lot of games, but it added the rotating (featured game) system.
Sadly, that's how it is.
