Why custom text doesn't work?

On your server i bought Gold, but after the 2.0 update, my custom text (&a,&c,&k) doesn't work! If i want to name a pet, custom text works fine. Well, why it doesn't work?

All of the donators are unable to do those commands, lol. You'll just have to be patient for the owners to fix it, as Flying said above.

I've already sent the owners a bug ticket. It'll be fixed within a day, seeing how well they handled the rest of the bugs I sent them.
