Web Whitelist more file types

Basically just allow users to attach more types of files (.docx .csv .json etc). Atm the allowed types are very limited, which is why I'd like to see most (if not all) office-related file types, as well as .csv, .json, .properties added and allowed. The whitelist is way too easy to bypass anyway that I see no reason not to allow these file types as they can't be malicious pretty much ever (obviously still block .exe, .bat, .jar, etc).

Files with a .mcfunction extension should also be allowed. Really handy for sharing data pack functions ;). It’s basically just a txt file
