Where can i see a tutorial for Faction¿?

Where can i see a tutorial of the commands to claim, add owners, etc...

/f claim (Claims 1 chunk of land)
/f autoclaim (Claims chunks of land as you walk through them)
/f unclaim (Unclaims the chunk of land you are standing in)
/f invite [name] (Invites a player to the faction)
/f promote [name] (Promotes a player in your faction)
/f officer [name] (Promotes a player to officer in your faction)
/f owner [name] (Exchanges owner privilleges to another player in your faction. NOTE: You will no longer be Owner)
/f kick [name] (Kicks a player from your faction)
/f sethome (Sets your faction home to where you are standing)
