Hi im wondering if I buy the sky block rank does it increase the amount of people that can be on the profile/island?

No, the limit for a coop is 6 players. Te skyblock rank does not increase this.

You mean when you purchase the Skyblock rank, the coop would be upgraded to like 12 players?
