Bedrock Update spectator mode to match Microsoft's version

Microsoft is working on Spectator Mode where you cannot stop flying. Hopefully it also provides a fix for slow fly. Maybe use their spectator mode when possible.

The only reason spectator mode for bedrock is accessible is because it was accidentally leaked during the wild update preview/beta phase
