That's because you no longer have any infractions to appeal. Check if you are still banned or not.

That's not true. If he changed his Minecraft username, he'll have to appeal his ban and say that he changed his Minecraft username, maybe with a screenshot as evidence.

No, because If you are banned you, cant appeal. As What he said. And there's No evidence needed because they can check If he changed his name.

Changing your name should get you unbanned automatically unless you change it to a name which is also banned.
