I can't click anything and I got 1 email that says that I got a reply and when I click "view here" I just get redirected to this.

Hello! As I said before, the conversation of your appeal is waiting to be handled by the manager of the (Anti-cheat Sentinel). As soon as it is handled will have an answer, I recommend being patient because the process could be long and could take time. :)

Hello, when the conversation is on the "Please wait" stage, this means you need to wait for the Anti-Cheat developer to either deny your conversation request or accept it and convert it into a conversation. When it's accepted, then you will be able to click the button to view the conversation currently.
