So you know that feel when you bump your thread, and you end up necroposting it by one day because you thought it was just two weeks and you get warned for it?
Yes, it sucks.
So here's a really simple suggestion and I have no idea why I never saw this suggestion before.
Auto-lock threads older than two weeks. I think that should be possible with a XenForo plugin.
(I'm not a developer please don't come kill me if I said something stupid about XenForo k thx bai)

On another note I think it would be nice to have an option so you don't see locked threads.

i like this but then things like forum games which you can't even necropost on because it doesn't count
or updates

If you add an exception for forum games and the dank memes thread yes.

It isn't that bad to lock threads manually. The amount of players who necropost once in a while is pretty low.

The warning expires relatively fast as well so I don't think you should worry about it too much :)
