Trouble with cubelets

Hello! I'm a bit new to the CubeCraft server. I don't know if I may be asking a noob question. Here it goes.

I played a lot of EggWars (teams), and I got a couple of achievements. When I checked them, it said the reward was xp and cubelets, but when I went to open a cubelet, it said I had none. I even clicked the achievements, but it still didn't work. Can someone please tell me if I'm doing something wrong? I really want to open them.

I'm hearing a lot of this lately. Could you give me the name of the achievement where this bug occurred?

The achievements I have that had the problem (all of them) are called: Newly Hatched, Birds of a feather, Humpty Dumpty.
Would you be able to make it so that I get my cubelets? I really want them :P

Are you sure you didn't do solo eggwars achievements in team eggwars or viceversa?

No, I mainly play Teams.
