Indeed, but it could also be because the player lags hard that the lobby doesn't load in so he glitches true.
I have had this myself too.

Hey,
This doesn't look like that guy is hacking. It might be just a glitch. The player might be having some lag / ping issues, that's why they are going through the ground.
That happened to me sometimes, and it didn't matter if it was in a game or in a lobby.

not a hacker, this is a glitch where the chunk hes in didnt load on his end
