This hacker

So i reported this hacker and it got denied for insufficient evidence when they are clearly hacking, are you allowed to hack with a rank??

They use a long jump to get away at 0:06 and then at 0:22 they use insane speed and it can't be anymore obvious

I would definitely agree that that would be a hacker. The long jump could be a weird product of lag but there's a hit at 15 seconds that makes no sense at all.

The little jump could of been but he did it so smooth and the ending is just crazy, and I didn't notice that hit at the time, funny thing is I was trying to record him for reach and then that happened

From basically 00:22 til the end he basically takes off, looks like speed/bhop hacks. Idk why it was declined, my guess is it probably wasn't enough evidence?
