Team Skywars Snowman Map

This is our 5th team skywars map.
map created by: @BlazingEldos, @XorSki, @EldosBeast.
This is the Snowman map what we created. The layout is unique because no map has such layout.
Also the map supports a lot of free space to fight on. Since I published this map a little bit late, then we can use it maybe for next year ( if accepted)
don't forget to check our other maps: Nuketown, Under The Sea, Martian and Underworld.

Map Information:
➤ 17 Islands
➤ 4 Teams
➤ 13 Chests per spawn-island and 6 double chests
➤ 3 Chests per near mid island (12 total)
➤ 8 double Chests at Mid
➤ 5 players per team / (total 20 players)

edit: I edited the amount of chests at the islands, so they are a little bit different than on the photos.

I do believe this could easily be put into next year's Christmas. The detail and the snowmen themselves are great, I love how the snowmen's scarf is based off the team color as well.

I voted no for many many reason but the main things I want to point out that can be improved:

-Snowmen are way to spherical, like the corners shouldn’t be way to defined. if you have another tool besides world edit try and smooth it out a bit.

-The island bottoms are kind of a mess and camping would be very easy on the map.

-Snow and snow layers are a huge problem for building and pvp. The island sizing is also an issue. To large in some parts and to small

-The trees look really not bueno. I’m not even fully sure what type it’s supposed to be. Possibly redesign them or ask for some help?

Final thing I will point out: Wheat shouldn’t be growing in the middle of winter and water should be frozen. :P

If you only use the first layer of snow you can just place blocks on it. That would be a solution for that problem!

But I agree with the rest. If you would put some more work in it, it would be a lot better!

I think the island needs to be shaped differently, I would recommend smooth and a few layers or like an icicle drop. This would hopefully prevent camping and make it look a bit more natural.

Also, I think the map needs a bit more detail. The trees should look slightly more realistic, a variety of sizes and shapes. The Snowmen could perhaps have some more texture too and shape too.

It is a great start though, keep working on it and it will be amazing!

It's good to have some though, cause with one layer to work with it reduces the nice looks. But the main issue is related to the space you have to work with.

I voted yes. I really like the map, but I think the same as @Gemmmmie, I think that adding those details the map would be quite good. Very good construction, keep it up! Good work.

Hello, thank you for your efforts in submitting this.

Unfortunately, collectively the design team have decided to deny this map submission due to the following reasons:
-Map is a little shot
-From previous experience, players generally don't like walking on ice so changing the texturing of the snowflakes.
-The trees could be improved upon by reshaping & texturing.

Nice map layout, really appreciate all the time you put into the map. Should definitely be proud of it!

Please do not be disheartened by the above comments, keep doing what you love doing!
