If you want to play with friends or in a team, play the team gamemodes. They exist for a reason. The only solo gamemodes where teaming is acceptable are FFA and Assassins.

^ this post sums the answer up nicely. Also, if you are wanting to report teamers, you must record them and warn them once while recording. Then a report would be valid.
