Decent idea.
Let's be honest though, the only filter that should exist is a spam filter. All language should be allowed including cussing and whatnot, its all part of our freedom to express ourselves verbally. /ignore to ignore people who use language you don't like.

But my idea (the best idea) doesn't seem like it will ever happen unfortunately. This idea is the next best thing, therefore you have my undivided support.
