Why are withers so op?They rapid fire and do so much damage!

Withers aren't as OP as you think, because
1. The arrow is replaced by the wither head, but if they rapid fire it will do much less damage - same as arrows.
2. Withers are really weak when in close combat, they do not have much sharpness or knockback weapons.
For example, a Zombie in close combat will defeat a Wither easily. :)
