Sumo PvP 1.8

I Like sumo and i think its a good idea to add it, because no big server has it and, its something new for 1.8 and also 1.9 pvpers
its also very easy and a lot of fun.

Add it to lab eggwars, 1.12 with 1.8 PvP (I'm not usually for this but when it comes to sumo 1.8 is the better version - it's the only exception to 1.12 is better)
