Implemented Suggestions Suggestion

This is a quickie so don't try to skip through it -

Simply add tags to the suggestion to indicate what it's for. This is done by the thread creator.

Black Tag - Suggestion for Java and Bedock servers. Tag is "All servers"
Red Tag - Suggestion for Java servers only. Tag is "Java"
Blue Tag - Suggestion for Bedrock servers only. Tag is "Bedrock"
Purple Tag - Suggestion for store, forums, or report site. Tag is "Website"

Reason for this is simply for better organization. Shouldn't be tough to implement.
