1-i think instead of healing 2 hearts or something after getting a kill the player should be healed fully which will be better.
2-the wizard cooldown is kind of annoying the original wizard kit without any cooldowns is better.

1- i dont think that is far, it is easy to clean some1, or interrupt a fight and get all yr hearts back. U dont stand a change against it. Now u get 25% back of what damage you did when u killed them what i think it fair.
2- I like the wizard this way, no1 is getting pot spammed anymore and you need to think about what you are doing more what i think is perfect for the kit.

For #1 I fully agree, I don't play java but that just makes sense to prevent cleaning. Also Fellow Goku, what's good?
