Currently when you get a reply to a conversation you get a notification number for the number of threads you have notifications on as well as the replied to conversation being highlighted to note an unread message. This should be changed to be the same as the general notifications so that when you get a reply to a conversation instead of looking like this:

Additionally, reaction notifications for conversations should be collated into the conversation notification tab as currently reaction notifications on conversations show up in the general notification tab as it currently looks like this:
