Web Sugestion about Bug reports

The bug reports need a lot of time to be marked fixed (compaired to player reports) so add a new status for allow the reporter to see how is going his effor to make cubecraft a better place and know hos is the status of the bug, actualy i still dont know how exactly work, because it is marked as Handled but the staff just told it to the devs so is not tecnicly handled. (the paintball shootgun bug is marked as handled but that bug still in game)
just add more status to the report for know how is going.

Open: the report is waiting to be readed
Readed: a staff member saw the report
WIP: the report was sent to the devs and is being fixed or waiting to be fixed
Closed: the report was canceled because of (X)
Handled: the bug is no longer in game, is completely fixed

Open ------> Readed ------> WIP/Closed ------> Handled

idk if the report page allow this type of changes im not a developer

Nice to see people participating and saying better names.
But ignoring the names the main idea is separate the bug report in 4 phases.

Yeah, this can be a good improvement, but I think the status "Readed" that is the status that you have proposed should be replaced by other called "Answer pending" or "Awaiting for verdict", and the current status "Open" that we have, should be replaced by "New" like the current helper applications status.

Then, we would have:

- New (when the report is recently submitted
and none staff member of the report bugs/player team hasn't revised it.)
- Awaiting for verdict (when the report has been submitted and have been read by any staff and is being considering.)
- Denied/Unsuccessful (Report has being reviewed by the staff in charge of the case and has been denied by certain reason.)
- Accepted/Handled/Successful (Report has being accepted.)

But, good idea.

This would be a great improvement but will not reduce the time they take to fix the bug you reported, as they might struggle with other things than bugs.

I'll give my opinion with the new status ideas you've suggested:
Readed -> You can switch it to "Considered" or "Reviewed" because it will show that they checked your bug and reviewed it, not only saw it.

WIP -> Some people might not understand what does "WIP" mean, so it would be better if you switch it to "Working On".

Maybe placing the mouse over the WIP will reveal more information like handled snd closed actualy do.

Player reports dont need this because is shorter
Open ———> closed/handled
