They removed Paypal. Because... Euhm... I forgot for wich reason...

PayPal was removed as a viable method of payment due to the numerous payment disputes that would take place as players would attempt to receive free ranks, which would result in accounts associated with said disputes being automatically banned, which as you can imagine created even further complications. It is unlikely that we will see PayPal being used as a method of payment at all in the future because of this.
