/sr not working

When I was playing egg wars I find a hacker I did /sr but he did not get ban and he won then I join other game he was in he did not get ban I reported him 10 tims no response I hope you solve this problem

With /sr a certain number of people have to report the player for breaking the rules it is only forwarded to a staff member when this number has been reached
