I think it's a good idea as long as people don't start abusing it (maybe only be able to sponsor one person in a game instead of others).

would be a good idea but at the same time if you playing in team skywars your getting points for doing nothing. But for me isn't bad if you get points for spectating until the game finish because you could get more people watching you play and they would know you and know how you play so I guess its a good idea for spectating until the game finish.
