Okay so here's the scenario. Your egg has been destroyed and your only opponent left still has their egg. They are sitting at their island, waiting endlessly for you to come. So, after spending hours making a bridge over, making sure you are not hit off, placing each block carefully and shielding in between block places, you finally arrive. You kill the person in an epic battle, well fought. So you run over to their egg and try to break into that obsidian shell. The opponent, as you would expect, hits you and hits you so you can't break his egg in one peace, so TRY to fight back...but what's this? You can't hit them? Blasted spawn protection. You can't hit them so without breaking any sweat, they hit you off the island and win the game.
Okay so the point I'm trying to make is spawn protection is just unnecessary. Why have it? I just don't understand, and why for so long? (10 seconds I think it is, and its far too long, you can achieve a lot of knocking off in 10 seconds).
Well, maybe there is a point of spawn protection (someone please tell me), but why doesn't it go both ways? Why can the opponent hit you, but you cannot hit them? Seems very unfair to me. In my opinion, I think spawn protection should be either removed, shortened, or go both ways (the opponent can't hit you if you can't hit them).
I appreciate any feedback.
Thanks for reading.
