It looks like some kind of a zombie in the head but it's yellow half of the head and yellow for the rest of the body so idk how to call it but it's very good.
When I first looked at it, the green part of his head was to me a part of his head that was missing and I went nuts

Well, sorry for the criticism but it still being my feedback D:
- The skin look boring, I mean, you always use the same style and it's rare, you should try to use more variety of colors.
Also, the skin seems a bit weird, you should try to add few more colours and call it rainbow idk.
And if you're still gonna make it as green and yellow, just try to use more more colour intensities.

Well, I personally didn't like this skin. Since you used some very strange colors, and I did not like that color combination. But good job.
I liked how the head is like a piece of Doritos! (but with a green color)
