if you maybe wanna reply and say that I'm not the staff that banned him, because the mother must of thought that i was Sentinels Brother.... And she thought sentinel was a person and i was the brother.... Anyways can you maybe help me out please because like.... Im sort of too young to solve out a problem like this...

and if you check in the email above the mum says "my 13 year old son" and if you look at his forum page which is right here: https://www.cubecraft.net/members/komkommer_man.343880/

It says he is 19!!! So he also lied his age !!

Id suggest you to not leak the guy's email adress. You didnt understand what he meant. When you give the link to your inbox you need to login with your account. @Scottness asked for a screenshot of the email youve gotten. I dont think this all is a big deal so the best thing you can do is just leave it how it is or send back an email saying it is a mistake and that they should contact a staff member via the site of Cubecraft.

If you really want to, you can email them back telling them to contact a staff member on Discord or on the forums, also letting them know you are not staff. That being said, you can also just ignore the email since you really can not do much about their punishment.
