I don't think adding lapiz to the enchanting kit. It doesn't give you the ''challenge'' feeling. Like you usually get lapiz in your chests.

Kits are there to give a a certain advantage in the game. You dont have to get a sword for Swordsman Kit, you dont have to get arrows (well you get 5) with the Archer kit, I think it is just fair to add lapiz to the enchanter kit
