how do i get coco bean they never grow on my jungle trees?

They should. Right click the coco to see how much time is left!

They only generate once at the spot you planted them / when you entered the Island, they dont naturally generate on the trees without a crop . You need to Replant them, then they have a 35 min cooldown until you can harvest them.
