All Networks Skyblock storageroom bugs

When i was building my storageroom i had come across multiple bugs that i don't know how to fix. Can anyone help?
1. when you join your island the text on signs dissapear.
2. i randomly can't open chest (i open them but i get kicked out of the chest immediatly)
3. the itemframes on / next to an chest dissapear when i open the chest and only come back (i can't even break it) when i walked in and out of render distance.
