Implemented SG Desert map tunnel removal

Title says it, really.
In Survival Games, there's a map called Desert which has underground tunnels.
The tunnels are a pain to navigate through, and it's awful when people are in there & you need to chase them down. There's very limited exits/entrances, and it doesn't even look all that great. It doesn't even provide anything to the gameplay of the map.
In short: The tunnels are a nuisance. Please just remove them.

Agreed, I played that map once and it was a horrible experience.

Agreed, will patch it now and get it pushed, may take a few hours for the fix to be live.
Also made a possible fix to Fairytale map where people had a rare chance to enderpeal into it, can't remember where I saw the image discord or forums but should be fixed too.
