Server down?

I was playing with my friend and then i was lagging so i decided to relog, but this keeps on coming up. Plz help, how to go on the server. My friend probably thinks i have just left.

The message you received is talking about the Mojang login servers possibly being down, not cubecraft. They do have issues from time to time. Just keep trying and they come back rather quickly most of the time.

But as already mentioned, it is probably just your own internet connection issue. Hope you get back on soon to continue the fun.
