Cubecraft is a big server, and the people answering those e-mails are humans. They can't answer every message as soon as they get it.
It takes time and patience.

The staffs get a also a life. They aren't playing whole day Minecraft like us. They hanging out with, friends visiting family, etc.
it litteraly takes almost 10 mins to tell joe to give it back then joe or marco or john can handle that

Euhm.. I don't know but they also can't awnser back that quickly. They need to post some Twitter tweets, need to test the new website, they need to keep this website on point with developpers (So long it will takes for this website), etc.

They can awnser you but it should take a while.
Staff are not the ones to answer any support/sales emails. Please, don't talk about stuff that you don't even know anything about.
