I mean the official rules state that multiaccounting can get your stat wiped, and you can get banned. So yes for number 2.

While on this topic, what kind of proof do we need for this. Evidence? Or logic?

This is allowed if you look from the campthingy, but it can be seen as Trolling.

EDIT: I am being stupid, it isnt bannable.

Not allowed, they will ban you and clean your stats if they discover this.

No.

If the account is there, AFK, just to get you points and stats, yes. It would be considered multiaccounting.

It states it in this rule:

Multiaccounting
Multiaccounting is the practice of using multiple accounts to gain an advantage in a game. This includes using alts to fill enemy teams with useless players, farming kills on an alt in games like FFA, Assassins, etc. Players caught doing this will have their stats wiped.

Punishment track: 7 day ban → 30 day ban → Permanent ban

Hmmmmm a friend reported some people doing this (

) and it got denied: "It appears Lqwieh_147 was just AFK whilst in a party. Lanske147 nor Lqwieh has a mutual IP, meaning that Lqwieh_147 was never intentionally used as an account to farm wins with."
So that means that actually this should be handled?

Weird that it got rejected, I mean, the guy is literally farming kills off an AFK friend by queuing up in games.
