If you want to report someone using the in-game report command you need to be at least rank IRON, these packages need to be purchased on the cubecraft network store. If you want to report someone without purchasing a rank, you need to take proof of the user you want to report breaking any rule, then go here and submit a report.

You can freely report for text, reach, and many more things FOR FREE on the Cubecraft reports website, however, most of the offenses on there require video evidence. And, as said above, you can also buy a rank and use a special ingame reporting command, though that command is also limited to a few reports per day, while on the website there is no such limit.
