A screen recorder that I would recomend is obs, but if you want to use others you should then check out this link from google.

Next time, if you are playing on Windows 10 and you dont want to download a Screen Recorder, you can just hit the
Windows key+ G. This will open the Gamebar. You can record Minecraft with it and all your videos will be saved to your "Videos" folder.

That is a big problem, because you need a video. It will not be accepted. You cant report them, you must to ask a Mod, as @Buuuddy . He will say that it is good for 1 time or not.
