As the title says, add a repair discount for higher tiers of weapons/armor.
When you get to the end-mid game and it forces you to use iron and diamond repairing things can get EXTREMELY expensive, especially considering the gear is not that much better than its previous tier, the game is just forcing you to do stuff.
Like, imagine getting diamond and having to pay over 20 diamonds to repair a ehh tier 5 pick, and when you get to island 9 you get more enchant slots from what I've been told so the price will be even more expensive than it should, and diamonds take a day to regen for only one-two tops, and iron you go through it faster than you can gen most of the time too
