Bedrock Remove first tier VIP icons from player's name tags

Follow-up suggestion to the most recent VIP Level update.
VIP Icon is a very unique addition to the server. It shows the support and loyalty from players to server. But I feel like tier 1 bronze icon (which is accessible to everyone) makes it less special and kind of confusing for new players. Removing it will make VIP icons more special and cut the confusion from newbies.
