Really strange thing with ban

Hello.
Today I tried to play on CubeCraft, but I couln'd connect with the server. The only what I got is this massege:

It was surprising for me, that I have been banned. I tried to apply with my code "xxxx". And I got error:

Error! "xxxx" has never joined the server, please make sure you are entering your username and not your appeal code.

What it means? How I can apply and how I can play on CubeCraft? I tried to find the information on the forum, but I didn't find the answers on my question. I hope you can help me.

Clearly you should write your MC name there, not your appeal code. Try again
