Ram is needing a little upgrade, 8gb should stand fine for minecraft.
2.70GHz Processor is ok, it isn't good or bad. for gaming I'd say it's pretty dull.
your GPU is bad, most 3D games won't run over 20fps with that. I had a laptop with the same specs as this and minecraft never reached over 50fps with Optifine.

Anyways, main things in a gaming computer: RAM and processor speed (depending if you want higher fps, get all of these but in a PC and add a decent/good graphics card, they vary from £50 to £5000)
