OP- Sharp IV stone sword, Prot IV chain armor, Readstone
Redstone would be usable every 10 minutes, and would give you 2 minutes of strength 2 (only this kit could use it)

I had a similar idea. I made an armor set for another server called Soul Siphon. Each piece of armor removes 2 max health and gives you 25% speed and strength boosts. Wearing it makes you a glass cannon, enabling the wearer to dish out massive damage, but at a massive risk to personal safety.
